Job Description

The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to senior management, ensuring efficient office operations and professional communication at Adekunle Ajayi and Company.

Key Duties

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, redirecting as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with special projects and office events as needed.

Qualifications

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Excellent time management and discretion with sensitive information.
