Job Description
The Architect designs and oversees construction projects for Adekunle Ajayi and Company, ensuring functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
Key Duties
- Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and 3D models for projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during construction.
- Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and address design-related issues on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of architectural design and project management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
